How it works

You’ll always know what’s being done, what it costs, and what it’s producing.

I have been on the other side of this table, paying an agency and wondering what I was getting. This process is the answer to that.

  1. Conversation

30 minutes on the phone. What you sell, who buys it, what has been tried and what is not working right now. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

  2. Audit

I go through your site, search presence, email list and ad accounts and tell you exactly where the money is leaking — before you have paid me anything.

  3. Proposal

A fixed scope and a fixed number, on one page. Retainer, performance partnership, or a mix — your call. Everything is on the pricing page, so there is nothing to negotiate in the dark.

  4. Build

Work starts inside a week. Site, tracking, email system, ad account — built in your accounts, in your name. You get the logins. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you.

  5. Run & report

First reporting call at 30 days. Campaigns start on small budgets and scale on evidence. Every month: what was spent, what came in, what changes. If it does not add up, we fix it or we stop.

Straight answers

Things people ask on the first call.

What does it cost?

It is on the pricing page, in full. A new WordPress site is $4,500 and a starter site is $1,500. Ongoing work runs $150 to $2,000 a month per channel, with packages from $1,900 a month including a no-money-down option that builds your site inside the retainer. Ad spend is always paid by you, directly to Meta. I never mark up media.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Builds are project-priced. Ongoing work is month to month with 60 days’ written notice either way. If it is not working you should not be locked into it — and neither should I.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. Website, domain, hosting, ad account, Pixel, email platform — all in your name. I work as an authorised partner and you can remove me at any time with one click.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. What I can guarantee is that everything will be tracked, you will see the real numbers, and we will make decisions on them instead of on a feeling.

Do you work outside Texas?

Yes. Most of this work happens on a screen and a phone. I am in Weatherford, Texas, and I work with owner-run businesses anywhere in the US.

Why a one-person shop over a big agency?

At a big agency the person who sold you is not the person doing the work, and the person doing the work has 30 other accounts. Here, the person who runs businesses for a living runs yours. If that is not enough people for you, I am not your guy — and I will say so on the call.

No pitch deck. Bring your numbers if you have them, bring your problems if you don’t. The prices are public, so you already know what it costs.
