Brand & positioning
What you do, who it is for, and why they should pick you — in words a customer would actually say. Everything else gets built on this.
Marketing for owner-operators · Weatherford, TX
Brand, WordPress websites, email, search and Meta ads — built and run by an operator with four companies of his own on the line. Every price published. Every account in your name. One person who answers the phone.
Next month: scale the before/after video ad set by 30%, cut the two audience tests that never beat $45 a lead, and launch the 3-email follow-up for leads who did not book. Estimated impact: 4–6 more customers at the same spend.
The difference
A great pitch, a slow start, a report full of impressions, and a monthly invoice that never quite lined up with new customers. That is not bad luck — it is the model. Here is what changes when the person running your marketing has run a business.
Own everything.
Rent nothing.
Your domain. Your site. Your list. Your ad account. Your Pixel. Every one of them in your name from day one, with logins you keep. If we ever part ways, you lose a phone number — not your business.
What you actually get
On the first of every month. Spent, came in, cost per customer, what changes next. No impressions. No thirty-page PDF.

What I do
Most owners have a website nobody visits, an email list nobody mails, an ad account someone burned money in once, and now an AI search engine that has never heard of them. The fix is not more tools — it is making the pieces work as one system.

02 · Web
A site built to do one job: turn the right visitor into a call, a booking or a form. Fast on a phone, easy to update yourself, and yours outright.
03 · Email
Your list is the one audience no algorithm can take away. I build the system — signup, welcome sequence, regular sends — so it runs whether or not you remember it exists.
04 · Ads
Facebook and Instagram ads with the boring parts done right first — business verification, tracking, account structure — so the money goes toward customers instead of guesswork.
05 · Search New
Local SEO covers the technical fixes, Google Business Profile, citations, reviews and two content pieces a month. Competitive SEO adds multi-market keywords, link building and four pieces. Layered on top…
Brand → site → list → ads → AI visibility, built in that order, in your name, by one person who answers the phone.

It is on the pricing page, in full. A new WordPress site is $4,500 and a starter site is $1,500. Ongoing work runs $150 to $2,000 a month per channel, with packages from $1,900 a month including a no-money-down option that builds your site inside the retainer. Ad spend is always paid by you, directly to Meta. I never mark up media.
No. Builds are project-priced. Ongoing work is month to month with 60 days’ written notice either way. If it is not working you should not be locked into it — and neither should I.
You do. Website, domain, hosting, ad account, Pixel, email platform — all in your name. I work as an authorised partner and you can remove me at any time with one click.
No, and be careful of anyone who does. What I can guarantee is that everything will be tracked, you will see the real numbers, and we will make decisions on them instead of on a feeling.
Yes. Most of this work happens on a screen and a phone. I am in Weatherford, Texas, and I work with owner-run businesses anywhere in the US.
At a big agency the person who sold you is not the person doing the work, and the person doing the work has 30 other accounts. Here, the person who runs businesses for a living runs yours. If that is not enough people for you, I am not your guy — and I will say so on the call.
No pitch deck. Bring your numbers if you have them, bring your problems if you don’t. The prices are public, so you already know what it costs.
