Pricing · 2026

Marketing that pays for itself. Priced so you can check.

No account coordinators, no handoffs to a junior team. Websites, email, search and Meta advertising, built and run by the same person who sold you on it. Pricing is transparent and fixed. What you see is what you pay.

Packages

Bundle it and deal with one invoice.

Channels work better together than apart. Your ads are only as good as the page they land on, and your SEO traffic is worth more when there is an email list catching it. Every figure below is worked out from the published prices above, so you can check it.

01

Launch Pad

$5,900one-time, plus $150/mo care plan

A new website, the SEO foundation under it — technical setup, Google Business Profile, schema markup — and your email platform set up with 3 automated flows built and live.

Includes the New Website at $4,500 from the list above, plus seo foundation setup and email platform setup with 3 automated flows — neither of which is sold as a separate one-time item, so there is no like-for-like figure to compare against.

02

Foundation No money down

$1,900per month · 6-month minimum

Your website built at zero cost up front, then Local SEO, the care plan and 2 email campaigns a month. The build is recovered inside the retainer instead of a cheque on day one.

Over the 6-month minimum that is $11,400, against $12,600 for the same site and services bought outright — $1,200 less, with nothing up front.

For owners who need a new site but would rather not write a $4,500 cheque to start.

03

Growth

$2,300per month

Local SEO, full email marketing — 4 campaigns a month plus the automated flows — and the website care plan. Website build available at $1,200 down.

The same line items bought separately come to $2,550 a month — this package is $250 a month less.

04

Full Stack

$3,600per month, plus ad spend

Competitive SEO, full email marketing, Meta ads management, the care plan and a monthly strategy call. Ads managed up to $15,000 a month in spend before any percentage applies.

The same line items bought separately come to $4,350 a month — this package is $750 a month less.

Every package includes: A single point of contact — me · No setup fees, no surprise line items · Monthly reporting in plain English · 60-day written notice to cancel, either side · You own every account and asset · A month-one strategy session before any work starts.

Partnership

Or skip the retainer and pay me on results.

If you would rather not carry a full monthly fee, there is a second way to work together. I cut the retainer and take a percentage of the sales the work actually produces. I only get paid well if you do.

Performance Partnership

Reduced retainer + 5–10% of sales above baseline

For example: Full Stack at $1,800 a month instead of $3,600, plus 7% of tracked revenue above your baseline. The percentage scales with scope — 5% for a single channel, up to 10% when I run the full funnel.

Baseline set in writing.
Your trailing 3-month average revenue, locked before any work begins. I am paid on growth above it — never on sales you were already making.
Attribution defined up front.
Gross revenue from tracked channels, net of refunds and chargebacks.
Shared visibility.
Read access to your sales dashboard, so we are both looking at the same numbers.
12-month term.
With 60-day termination available to either side.
Capped.
Total monthly compensation is capped by agreement, so a great quarter never turns into a bill you resent.
Equity option.
For the right fit, part of the fee can be structured as a minority stake vesting monthly over the term. Case by case.

The fine print, in plain English

Nothing hiding underneath.

Ad spend is not included. Your Facebook and Instagram spend is paid directly to Meta from your own account, so you always see exactly what the platform charges you. I never mark up media. The $1,000 management fee adds 10% of any monthly spend above $10,000.

You own the site and the hosting account. Along with the domain, the ad account, the Pixel and the analytics. Everything is set up in your name from day one, with logins you keep.

Extra pages are $250 each. A new website covers 5–7 pages. Anything beyond that base scope is designed and written to match, quoted up front rather than invoiced afterwards.

Prices are valid 90 days from issue. Builds are project-priced and ongoing work is month to month, with 60 days’ written notice from either side.

Questions

About the pricing.

Why publish prices at all?

Because the alternative wastes both our time. If $4,500 for a website is not where your business is right now, you should be able to find that out from your phone at 10pm instead of sitting through a sales call to get a number.

What if my project does not fit any of these?

Then we talk and I quote it from the same list — the published prices are the building blocks, not a wall. Anything genuinely custom gets its own fixed number in writing before it starts.

How does the Meta ads fee work above $10,000?

Management is $1,000 a month flat. Once monthly ad spend goes above $10,000, the fee adds 10% of the amount over that line — so $12,000 of spend means $1,000 plus 10% of $2,000. Ad spend itself is always paid directly to Meta from your own account. I never mark up media.

Do I need the Website Care Plan?

If you are running WordPress and nobody is updating it, you will eventually have a broken or hacked site — that is just what happens. $150 a month covers updates, security monitoring, daily backups and unlimited small content edits, which is usually cheaper than one emergency.

How long are these prices good for?

Ninety days from the date they are issued to you. After that we re-quote from whatever the current list says — which will still be published right here.

Let’s find out in 30 minutes.

No pitch deck. Bring your numbers if you have them, bring your problems if you don’t. The prices are public, so you already know what it costs.
